Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th January of 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. The family moved into Casper, Wyoming with his family when he was 13. The father of his was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, directed the soil conservation district that was located in Casper.
