Jennifer Garner was originally born in Houston Texas on April 17th in 1972. She was raised however at Charleston West Virginia. William John Garner served as an engineer for Union Carbide. Patricia Ann Garner, the mother of Patricia Ann, taught at the local college. In order to follow in the footsteps of her father, she completed a chemical engineering degree. She visits many families in Early Steps to School Success - a program designed to help parents understand how they can support their children's education - acting as an ambassador.
